Solid iron supplement of great quality. My mother uses this for her iron deficiency resulting from weight loss surgery. It is alleviating her symptoms, and we will certainly continue purchasing it.

It tends to be lacking, so I supplement with additional products. While I don't believe men are typically prone to iron deficiencies, I take a multivitamin/mineral supplement that lacks iron. I feel somewhat deficient in iron, yet I believe it's aiding my weight loss.
